If you do not agree with these terms, we respectfully request that you refrain from using our services.

Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: When requesting a quote or applying for an insurance policy, the customer represents and warrants that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Use of Personal Information: The customer understands and agrees to the collection, use, and processing of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Payment Methods: MOK INSURANCE offers various payment options, including online payments, in-office payments, and payments by telephone. Detailed information regarding available payment methods can be found in the appropriate section of our services.
- Automatic Payments: Customers may elect to enroll in automatic payment services to help avoid interruptions in coverage due to non-payment. Enrollment is subject to the approval, availability, and requirements of the insurance carrier.
Policy Cancellation
- Procedures: Customers have the right to request cancellation of their policy at any time. The cancellation process must comply with the procedures established by the applicable insurance carrier.
- Cancellation Fees: Policy cancellation may be subject to fees, penalties, and specific conditions as outlined in the policy’s terms and conditions.
Liability and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer of Warranties: MOK INSURANCE makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of insurance products offered by insurance carriers for any particular purpose.
This means that MOK INSURANCE does not guarantee or warrant that insurance products offered by insurance carriers will be error-free, continuously available, completely accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose a customer may have. While MOK INSURANCE strives to provide quality and reliable insurance solutions, factors such as changes in regulations, underwriting requirements, carrier guidelines, and market conditions may affect the availability and accuracy of information and services provided.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOK INSURANCE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of insurance products offered through insurance carriers.
Such damages may include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or other similar losses. Although MOK INSURANCE is committed to providing dependable insurance solutions, certain circumstances beyond its control may adversely affect customers, and MOK INSURANCE shall not assume liability for such damages.
Electronic Communications and Binding of Coverage
- Electronic Communications: When communicating with MOK INSURANCE through email, web forms, text messages, or other electronic means, you acknowledge that such communications are for informational purposes only unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
- Requests Are Not Binding: The submission of an email, text message, online form, or other communication by a customer does not automatically create, modify, renew, reinstate, or cancel insurance coverage.
Coverage shall only be considered effective when an authorized MOK INSURANCE agent provides express confirmation, either in writing or electronically through approved systems, and such coverage is accepted by the insurance carrier. All coverage remains subject to underwriting approval and the formal issuance of policy documents, declarations, endorsements, or certificates of insurance.
- No Guarantee of Coverage: Requests for quotations, policy changes, reinstatements, or new coverage do not constitute confirmed insurance coverage. All policies remain subject to review, underwriting approval, policy terms, and carrier availability.
- Agency Status Disclosure: MOK INSURANCE operates as an independent insurance agency and is not an insurance carrier. Insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance companies, and MOK INSURANCE does not guarantee risk acceptance, underwriting approval, or policy issuance.
- Submission and Processing Timeframes: Requests submitted outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be deemed received on the next business day. MOK INSURANCE shall not be responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, system outages, or delays that prevent the timely receipt or processing of customer requests.
Additional Information and Risks of Electronic Communications
- No Professional Advice: Information provided by MOK INSURANCE through its website, email, telephone communications, or in-person interactions is intended solely for general informational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and coverage provisions to determine whether a policy meets their specific needs and objectives.
- Insurance Carrier Responsibility: Insurance policies are issued and underwritten by third-party insurance companies. Coverage determinations, underwriting decisions, premium calculations, cancellations, non-renewals, claims handling, and policy administration remain the sole responsibility of the issuing insurance carrier.
MOK INSURANCE does not control, warrant, or guarantee the actions, decisions, financial condition, or performance of any insurance carrier.
- Security of Electronic Communications: Although MOK INSURANCE implements commercially reasonable security measures, electronic communications may not be entirely secure or error-free. MOK INSURANCE shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized access, interception, fraud, cybercrime, or alteration of electronic communications transmitted through email or other digital channels.
Customers are encouraged to verify payment instructions and sensitive requests directly with our office by telephone whenever appropriate.
