Cancellation Policy

The MOK INSURANCE cancellation policy defines the procedures and conditions for the cancellation of insurance policies. clients have the right to request the cancellation of their policy at any time. The cancellation request must be made directly by the policyholder and will be managed exclusively by the cancellation department of the corresponding insurance company.

If the client prefers to cancel in person at our offices, he/she must sign the cancellation form provided by the insurance company. This process will be managed directly by the insurance company, since MOK INSURANCE acts only as an agent and does not have the authority to cancel the policy.

Cancellation may be subject to specific conditions depending on the type of insurance contracted, which will be detailed in the terms and conditions of the policy. Any refund will be subject to these terms and the policies of the insurance company. In addition, the procedures and possible charges for cancellation will be specified in the policy documentation.
