The MOK INSURANCE Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions applicable to the cancellation of insurance policies. Policyholders have the right to request cancellation of their insurance policy at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted directly by the named policyholder and will be processed exclusively through the cancellation department of the applicable insurance carrier.

 

If the policyholder prefers to request cancellation in person at one of our offices, they will be required to sign the cancellation form provided by the insurance carrier. This process is administered directly by the insurance company, as MOK INSURANCE acts solely as an independent insurance agency and does not have the authority to cancel insurance policies on behalf of the carrier.

 

Policy cancellation may be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the type of insurance coverage purchased. These conditions are outlined in the policy's terms and conditions and should be carefully reviewed prior to submitting a cancellation request.

 

Any refund of premium will be subject to the applicable policy provisions and the insurance carrier's cancellation and refund policies. Additionally, cancellation procedures, earned premium calculations, administrative fees, and any applicable cancellation charges will be detailed within the policy documentation issued by the insurance carrier.
