AT MOK INSURANCE

We take the safety and security of our customers very seriously. Recently, we have detected that people are using our agency name to sell fraudulent documents, pretending to be legitimate insurance policies.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Scammers are marketing “fraudulent insurance policies” under the name of MOK INSURANCE and other agencies. Some people have acquired these fake documents through unofficial channels. It is important to note that those who purchase these documents are not innocent victims but are involved in fraud by acquiring policies outside of our official channels.

TO OBTAIN A LEGITIMATE POLICY

OFFICIAL OFFICES

You can obtain a legitimate policy by visiting our physical offices. There, our representatives will provide you with direct assistance and you will be able to verify the authenticity of your policy on the spot.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
If you prefer to make your purchase online, make sure to do so through our official channels:

TELEPHONE NUMBERS

  • 682-224-6466 and 817-615-9399

All our calls are recorded to ensure security and quality of service.

Any transaction outside of these channels is not safe.

AVOID PURCHASES THROUGH ANONYMOUS CONTACTS

To protect yourself from fraud, avoid purchasing policies through anonymous contacts on social networks, phone numbers without verifiable identity, or establishments without an official physical presence. These are some methods used by scammers. Always verify that you are dealing with certified and verifiable agents and companies.

OUR COMMITMENT

At MOK INSURANCE, we are committed to the protection of our clients and the integrity of our services. We are working closely with the relevant authorities, including the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), to investigate these fraud incidents and take necessary legal action against those responsible. The sale or purchase of false or invalid insurance policies constitutes a felony under Texas law and federal regulations in the United States. We are working to obtain compensation for the damages caused, including defamation and other harm.

STAY SAFE AND PROTECTED

We ask that you contact a licensed insurance agency to ensure that your insurance needs are properly covered. Please share this alert with friends and family to help prevent more people from falling for these frauds. Your collaboration is essential to keep our community safe.

The MOK INSURANCE Team
